Sometimes it seems difficult to control our thoughts. I am giving lesson #34 on Worthy Thoughts tomorrow in Young Women. Worthy thoughts are the KEY ingredient to a virtuous life. The young women will learn how important it is to control them and HOW to control them. President Boyd K. Packer said to have a favorite hymn to think about when not-so-virtuous thoughts creep in our minds. So, I will give the Young Women this handout where there is a space for them to write their favorite hymn for future use!
